My private acrylic painting sessions offer one-on-one instruction in a relaxed, welcoming studio environment. You don’t have to WISH you could paint, you could actually take some time and really learn how.  I’ll take you steps by step through my acrylic painting techniques that make creating fun. You don’t need to learn to draw in order to paint. no prior experience required.

Each session is tailored to your learning style, interests, and skill level. So really the only thing to stop you is FEAR. I promise you’ll be a better painter after just one session.

If you’ve ever thought, “I wish I had started sooner,” you’re not alone.

The desire to create will always draw you back — after careers, caregiving, and busy schedules.

If you haven’t painted in years, or you’ve tried and failed, I’m living proof that it’s never too late to create.

I graduated from Concordia University with a graphic design degree in 2018, the same year I started Studio 928 at the age of 60! 

Trust me, you CAN teach an old dog new tricks, it just takes a little trial, error and perseverance.

You don’t need experience — just curiosity and a willingness to try. Art has a beautiful way of meeting us exactly where we are, at any age.
