FOOD & CATERING
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Clients are responsible for all catering arrangements unless otherwise specified.
SETUP & TEARDOWN POLICY
All event rental time at Studio 928 includes setup, guest time, and teardown. Clients are responsible for booking sufficient time to allow for decorating, vendor setup, and cleanup within their reserved hours. Additional time may be added based on availability.
ALCOHOL & BARTENDER POLICY
Alcohol is permitted only when served by a Studio 928 bartender. Self-service alcohol is not permitted.
A Studio 928 Basset Certified bartender is included in all packages.
This policy is required for safety and insurance purposes.

Do you charge a cleaning fee?
Cleaning is included in all event rentals.
Do I need to purchase set up and teardown time?
Yes. When reserving space, you will include time for setup and teardown.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes, outside food is permitted.

Mon–Sat: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Central Time)
Sundays & After-Hours: Available by request. An additional fee applies for Sunday events or any event that extends past closing time.
Gift Shop
Thu–Fri: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Sat: 12pm -4pm
