Studio 928 is a creative art studio in Oak Park, Illinois, known for offering welcoming art experiences for beginners, adults, and the community. Our classes focus on creativity, connection, and joy.
No experience is needed at all.
2. Is this real stained glass? Is it safe?
This is a faux stained glass technique, which means there’s no glass cutting, soldering, or sharp tools involved. The process is safe, approachable, and perfect for all skill levels.
You’ll create something of your very own. A finished faux stained glass, a watercolor painting, a buddy portrait, painted jeans or experience Cricut one-on-one.
All materials are included in the class fee. We’ll have everything you need ready for you when you arrive.
Depending on the project you select 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Both are welcome! Many students come solo and enjoy a relaxing creative experience, while others come with a friend or family member. Either way, you’ll feel comfortable and supported.
Due to high demand, our classes are non-refundable. You can switch to a different time slot or different day, once.
Yes — these experiences are designed for adults and creative teens ages 13 and up.
9. Will I take my creation home with me?
You have a choice of leaving your piece at the studio to cure and schedule pck up, we can arrange for shipping or you can purchase a to-go box to transport your work home ($5).
Due to limited seating, all classes are non-refundable. One-time transfers to a similar class may be accommodated with advance notice, subject to availability.
