Studio 928

At Studio 928, many of our products—including artwork and limited-edition items—are carefully produced or packaged by hand. We take great care to ensure that each item arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Because of the nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy.


Returns

Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine whether the item qualifies for a replacement or refund.


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after approval.

Refunds are issued only when:

• The product arrived damaged
• The product is defective
• An incorrect item was shipped

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.


Shipping Artwork

Original artwork and art prints are carefully packaged using protective materials designed to minimize risk during transit.

All artwork ships via USPS.

At checkout, customers may choose to add optional shipping insurance to help ensure safe delivery.

If shipping insurance is selected, any damage occurring during transit may be eligible for a USPS insurance claim.

If shipping insurance is not selected, Studio 928 cannot guarantee reimbursement for damage caused by the shipping carrier.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Apparel (including t-shirts) due to sizing issues
• Original artwork
• Art prints
• Craft kits and supplies
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Gift cards
• Items marked Final Sale


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
