Ready to finally use your Cricut with confidence?

The Cricut Intensive 2-Day Series at Studio 928 is a hands-on beginner workshop designed to give you the confidence to use your Cricut independently at home.

This 6-hour, two-day series is intentionally paced for beginners who want a deeper understanding of Cricut Design Space, materials, and real-world projects. We slow things down, answer questions, and provide individualized support so you’re not rushed or overwhelmed.

Whether your Cricut is still in the box or you’ve tried before and felt stuck, this class meets you where you are.

Day 1: Cricut Foundations & Design Space

• How Cricut machines work (Maker & Explore)
  
• Design Space navigation and setup
  
• Uploading and finding designs
  
• Attach vs. Weld vs. Unite (plain-English explanations)
  
• Cutting mats and material settings
  
• Common beginner mistakes and how to avoid them
• First project

Day 2: Editing, Materials & Projects

• Editing text and images
  
• Layered vinyl basics
  
• Iron-On (HTV) fundamentals
  
• Weeding and transfer techniques
  
• Preparing projects to recreate at home
  
• Guided hands-on project with instructor support
• 2nd project

You’ll need to DOWNLOAD Cricut Design Space on your laptop or ipad and bring said laptop or ipad to class along with your Cricut machine. Don’t have a carrying case? You can find one here.

Class Policies

• Minimum Enrollment: Classes run with 6+ students. If the minimum is not met, you’ll receive a refund or transfer option.
• Cancellations: Cancel 72+ hours before the first session for a refund or credit. Within 72 hours, registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred if space allows.
• Attendance: Registration covers both sessions of this 2-day series. Missed sessions are not refundable.
• Class Size: Limited to ensure quality. Ideal: 8 students · Max: 10 students.
• Materials: All project materials included unless noted. Bring your own Cricut if possible. Two are available to loan, please contact us to reserve.
