Studio 928 Class Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be fair while also honoring the time, materials, and preparation that go into each Studio 928 class.

Class Cancellations & Refunds

• Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the scheduled class date.
  Refund requests must be made in writing via email.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the class are not eligible for a refund, but may receive studio credit to be used toward a future class or event, subject to availability.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Studio Credit Details

• Studio credits are valid for 90 days from the original class date.

• Credits may be applied to most public classes but are not redeemable for cash.

• Credits are non-transferable unless otherwise approved.

Class Changes or Cancellations by Studio 928

In the rare event that Studio 928 must cancel or reschedule a class, registered participants will be offered:

• A full refund or

• The option to transfer to a future class

Private Events & Group Bookings

Private events, parties, and group bookings follow a separate cancellation policy, which will be outlined in the booking agreement.
